The fforest hands-on wedding package is an all-inclusive, great value package designed to help you realise your dream of a perfect wedding without the time pressure and effort of organising all the details. We are experts at looking after you and your guests and working with you to create the style, atmosphere and memories you want from your wedding.

You can adjust venue numbers and guest numbers to find the perfect arrangement to suit your budget.

Accommodation

Guests normally pay for this individually.

There is a minimum requirement that the Ty Fforest farmhouse, 4 Crog Lofts, 4 Onsen Domes, 9 Garden Shac bedrooms, 6 Hill Shac suites and 5 Domes are booked by you and your guests for a minimum of 2 nights.

These are based on 2024 prices and we would normally review this in early 2025, but for our fforest naturally package they will be fixed as below

*Please note: All resident wedding guests (aged 3 + over) are catered for on a full-board basis from Friday arrival to Sunday departure. Above are our base accommodation prices (room only). On booking, a per person charge of £49 is added for arrival Pizza, Saturday breakfast and Sunday brunch.

The wedding party will have exclusivity of all event spaces and guests will have exclusivity of accommodation from 4pm on Friday to 10am on Sunday. Guests staying 2 nights depart by midday Sunday; guests staying 3 nights check out and depart by 10am Monday. If you require exclusivity of the site for 3 nights, ending 10am on Monday, an additional venue hire fee will be chargeable and minimum accommodation requirements apply. Please enquire for details.
